Presentation first part Creative Chef Collection

Thursday December 17, 2020 ER Productions will present the first edition of the Creative Chef Collection. In restaurant Sens in Vitznau, Switzerland, publisher Ron Greve hands the first copy to top chef Jeroen Achtien, the first culinary artist he closely followed and brought to life in over 250 pages of beautiful photography and a compelling, inspiring and personal story.




The Creative Chef Collection sets new standards in gastronomic and literary biographies. The first part outlines the development of Jeroen Achtien from his roots in sober Friesland to his development into a culinary creative force of nature that has changed the Swiss gastronomic landscape.


The edition with Jeroen Achtien is the first part in a series that will portray the most creative and passionate chefs worldwide. The story of the chef, the development, inspiration, teachers and the depth and breadth of the culinary talent and of course beautifully photographed dishes, everything is covered in a richly illustrated book that is both biography and coffee table book, just as accurate analysis of the roots of talent as a source of inspiration.



About the Creative Chef Collection


The Creative Chef Collection is an initiative of photographer Ron Greve. He has previously collaborated on various cookbooks and for many years was the regular photographer of chef Jonnie Boer of De Librije *** in Zwolle.

Greve is working with his international network of recognized top chefs on a series of books that show more than the chef and his creations. With the Creative Chef Collection, Greve focuses on the person behind the chef, the artist behind the inspiration and the leader who manages to make the team bigger than the sum of its parts.

Journalist Joost Scholten was responsible for the in-depth interviews and reports with Jeroen Achtien. The stories he wrote sketch the contours of a compelling talent who is helping to build a new era for gastronomy in Switzerland.
